Nikita - Director + Support Worker
Over 6 years experience as a disability support worker. She is passionate about empowering participants to build confidence, independence and meaningful community connections through personalised, person-centred support.
Experience: Personal care, Companionship, Behaviours of concern, Mental health, Manual handling, Epilepsy and Domestic duties.

Tricha - Support Worker
over 10 years of disability support experience, Tricha provides calm, compassionate and professional support to participants with a wide range of needs. She is dedicated to promoting dignity, independence and quality of life.
Experience: Personal care, Companionship, Behaviours of concern, Mental health, Manual handling and Domestic duties.

Natasha-Support Worker
Natasha is a kind and dedicated support worker who is passionate about creating safe, supportive environments where participants feel heard and valued. She enjoys helping people build confidence while achieving their personal goals.
